Wellington Club and Apartment applicants must apply IN-PERSON. Contact the office to schedule a time or swing by during office hours to pick up an application. 


To submit an application on a unit: 

  • Completed paper application
  • $50 application fee per adult 
  • Deposit conditional on unit type
